Corey Hamilton Kilgore is an Organizational Development Specialist with extensive experience in designing and applying organizational development and change management strategies and plans. Corey received her B.S. degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University in 1988 and received her M.S. degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Lamar University in 1991.
She began her career with Ernst & Young’s Performance Improvement Consulting Division where she worked with various companies from both manufacturing and non-manufacturing industries. Among her clients were Continental Airlines, Shell Oil, Compaq Computer, Pace Foods, and Temple-Inland Forest Products Division. From there she spent nine years as a Senior Change Manager and Business Planning Manager for Compaq Computer and Hewlett Packard Corporation. After leaving Hewlett-Packard in 2003, Corey has held various consulting engagements. Clients have included Shell Global Solutions, the King Ranch Institute for Ranch Management, Home Federal Bank Corporation, South Dakota Game Fish, & Parks Commission, South Dakota State University, and the Texas A&M Executive Program for Agricultural Producers.
Corey is currently serving as the Director of the MHCH Foundation where she is responsible for executing the foundation’s mission of improving quality of life and creating opportunities for enterprise development. She travels to South Dakota fequently and resides in Humble,Texas with her husband Gary and their sons Jack and Sam Kilgore.
