Applicants must submit their requests to the 2016 IRNC Planning Committee via this form by May 15, 2016.

Applications will be reviewed based upon the following:

1) Financial Need

2) Employment in a Rural/Remote Healthcare Facility

3) Student (Undergraduate or Graduate) with focus on Rural/Remote Healthcare with career goal to practice in rural area
